Selling Broker Incentive

The Atlanta Homeownership Center has approved the use of $600, $450, and $300 broker bonuses to selling brokers for properties that close within specified number of days from acceptance. . The preliminary bid must be submitted on or after December 1, 2011.

The words ” Broker Bonus” must be written or typed at the top of the sales contract. The selling broker must complete and sign the HUD Notification form.
Tier One: Closing: Up to day 34 – A $600 broker bonus* will be received at closing provided the sale is closed within 34 calendar days of contract acceptance for all properties in the eight market areas referenced above.
Tier Two: Closing: Days 35 to 39 – A $450 broker bonus* will be received at closing provided the sale is closed within 35 to 39 calendar days of contract acceptance for all properties in the eight market areas referenced above.
Tier Three: Closing: Days 40 to 43 – A $300 broker bonus* will be received at closing provided the sale is closed with 40 to 43 calendar days of contract acceptance for all properties in the eight market areas referenced above.
When you see this symbol the broker bonus will not apply. These are deemed to be hard to sell. You will recieve a minimum commission of $1250.00.
