Complete HOMETELOS Form Fillable Contract Package (You will need to create a free account – Click “Join Now” )

Get Required Title Company Documents (Must be typed – then signed)

Get Broker Bonus Incentive Document

Upload Contract To Chase Real Estate Website For Contract Review

Overnight Contract Package(s) as Instructed on Checklist/Delivery from Step#1
Finance sales have 45 days to close
203(k) Loans Have 60 Days To Close
Cash sales have 30 days to close
All signatures must be in BLUE INK
Please note:
-It will take approximately 10 days to get a signed executed contract back from asset manager
-Once you get executed contract the 30/45 days to close time frame begins.
