Step 2 -For Selling Brokers:
Only Selling Brokers may obtain a NAID. Real Estate Agents must use the NAID of their Selling Broker to submit bids. As an agent you will register at HUDHomeStore.com as a bidder- you will place bids on behalf of your client.
