- Buyers Realtor must set-up final inside water reading with Village 3-days prior to closing. The outstanding water must be paid in full before stamp is issued. It is not necessary if Association handles water.
- Transfer Stamp-Buyer is to bring stamp to closing:
- $3.00 per $1,000.00.
- The HUD’s Closing agent is to be contacted prior to going to Village to pick up stamp The Village will require:
- Village of Bartlett stamp form
- P-Tax
- Warranty Deed/ or Sales Contract Faxed to Finance department in order to pick up stamp.
