Transfer Stamp: BUYERS CLOSING MUST HAVE STAMP TO CLOSING (Buyer Cost)- BUYERS CLOSING AGENT TO PREPARE DEED/P-TAX FORM AND SEND TO VILLAGE PRIOR TO PICKING UP STAMP FOR CLOSING.

Real Estate Transfer Tax Form-P-Tax must be submitted prior to closing.
Deed-Must be submitted prior to closing
