After Inspection buyer will need notarized letter that they will complete repairs within 180 days.
Contact Water Department at: 708/891-8160 to get any outstanding fees owed on property. All outstading bills and history ledger must be e-mailed to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval and payment. Note: Water meter reading needs to be at least 30-days old in order for the City of Issue the Stamp. If out of date call 48 hrs prior to closing for final water reading.

- 1. STAMP BETWEEN ORIGINAL SELLER AND HUD:
  - CITY OF CALUMET REAL ESTATE TRANSFER DECLARATION FORM. SEE WEBSITE.
  - ZERO FEE (EXEMPT)
  - BUYERS CLOSING AGENT TO PROVIDES HUD’S JUDICAL DEED. BUYERS CLOSING AGENT WILL NEED TO BRING TO CITY.
  - 2. STAMP BETWEEN HUD AND BUYER: (buyer cost)
    - CITY OF CALUMET REAL ESTATE TRANSFER FORM
    - CERTIFIED FUNDS: $4.00 PER $1,000.00 (tax fee split does not apply to HUD they are exempt.)
    - BUYER’S CLOSING AGENT WILL NEED TO BRING TO CITY 1. Executed HUD DEED signed and notarized. 2. Buyers Closing Agent supply the Judicial and Warranty deed to City-(708-891-8843).
