Contact Water Department: 815/459-2020 for a history transaction journal for any outstanding water, sewer, and liens owed. E-mail to HUD’s Field Service Manager bills and history transaction journal the documents in order to obtain approval prior to closing.
Set-up an appointment is required for an inside water meter reading prior to closing. HUD’s Field Service Manager will pay outstanding water bill prior to closing.
