Contact Utility Department at 847/-391-5322 to request a History transaction journal for outstanding water/garbage bill. E-mail to HUD’s Field Service Manager all bills and history transaction documents to obtain approval prior to closing.
Real Estate Transfer Stamp-Final Utility Billing Request-see form must be completed (at lease 5-days) and submitted to the Utility Department to finalize the account before the transfer stamp is issued for closing.
Transfer Stamp Seller: Buyers Closing Agent to get HUD stamp for closing.

- Plat of Survey-if available
- $10.00 exempt fee (paid by closing agent prior to closing).
- ***Any property address over 4000 is not within the City corporate limits and requires an exemption stamp.
