City Inspection Required-The buyer, buyers agent, listing agent must appear at the Village to order inspection and pay $175.00 fee. 708/201-3397. The Village will require escrow from Buyer for repairs.
Water Meter appointment will be required by the Village. Buyers Closing Agent must obtain the final bill and e-mail to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Transfer Stamp-Buyer Closing Agent MUST BRING TO CLOSING
- Village of Dolton-transfer/water stamp tax form- Call Village for form. Buyer’s Closing Agent will obtain for closing
- Pay any outstanding water bill fee due
- Transfer Sales Tax are $5.00/$1000.00
- Exempt fee $50.00-Buyers Closing Agent pays for stamp for closing. (need copy of contract and Dolton Declaration)
- Warranty Deed-Buyer’s Closing Agent brings to Village at time of picking up stamp.
