Contact Water Billing Department-for any outstanding water/sewer or liens on the property through a history transaction journal. E-mail to HUD’s Field Service Manager bills and supporting history transaction journal documents to obtain approval prior to closing.
Final Water Reading required-all outstanding fees are due before closing.
Transfer Stamp Fee (Buyers Closing Agent to obtain for closing) – $25.00 stamp fee per transaction. Contact City for Form.
