Contact Water Billing Department at 847/357-4060 to obtain history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/parking tickets etc., and e-mail documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval.
Contact Water Billing Department-see website for form “water/sewer billing affidavit” for final water bill prior to closing
Transfer Stamp: Seller- Buyers Closing Agent gets HUD’s stamp: must include following documentation to get stamp.
- HUD exempt stamp fee $10.00
- Elk Grove Village-Real Estate Transfer Tax form-See website
- Water/Sewer Affidavit
- All Delinquent payment paid
- P-Tax form
- Copy of Deed
- Stamp payment in form of cash, cashier’s check, money order or attorney or title check. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED.
