Contact Water Billing Department at-630-530-3110 or 3111 to obtain a history transaction document for any outstanding water bills, parking tickets etc. E-mail supporting documents to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval.
Contact Water Billing Department-for final water meter reading.
Transfer Stamp Seller – : Buyers Closing Agent to get (HUD stamp) Finance Department requires:
- Stamp fee $1.50/$1000.00
- Signed Sales Contract
- Property Identification number (PIN)
- Warranty Deed (does not need to be signed)
- State of Illinois P-Tax form( does not have to be signed)
- All outstanding payment due to City
