Residential Inspection required if Single Family-(Townhome not applicable). Contact Code Enforcement at 630-372-4481 to set-up appointment.
Code Enforcement will call after inspection with any violations.
Escrow May be required by Village until repairs are completed.
Contact Water Department at 630/372-4230 to obtain a history transaction of any outstanding water/sewer or lien fees owed for water/sewer/liens. E-Mail supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Transfer Stamp-Seller: Requirements
- Buyer’s Closing Agent to pick up HUD exempt stamp cost $15.00
