Contact Village of Midlothian-708/389-0200-to obtains a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens outstanding on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
A final water reading is required. Contact Village of Midlothian.
Affidavit of Compliance with Midlothian Village code must be completed by buyer and notarized. See Form
No Inspection
All water and outstanding bills must be paid in full before a transfer stamp is issued.
Transfer Stamp-NO Cost for Transfer Stamp-Buyers Closing Agent to obtain stamp.
