Re-Sale Inspection Required-contact the Building Department at 708/534-8635.
Contact Village Hall-708/534-8301 to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens outstanding on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Contact Village to schedule Final Water Reading at least 24-hours for the final water/garbage bill prior to closing. All fees must be paid prior to the transfer stamp being issued.
Transfer Stamp-No Cost for Transfer Stamp-Buyers Closing Agent to obtain HUD’s stamp
- The Warranty Deed has to be original signed by seller and notarized to affix the transfer stamp.
