Contact Utility Billing Department-847/359-9082 to do water meter readings and to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Contact Utility Billing Department to do a final water meter reading prior to closing. If the water is off at the property the Village will charge a $50.00 fee to turn-on the water.
