Occupancy Inspection Required-Contact Building Department at: 708/481-8950-form and payment required.
- The Village will require a heating certificate, or receipt, showing that the furnace was inspected and is in good condition, dated within the last 6-months, is required before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. If this is not completed the Village will require a $2,500.00 escrow amount until the test is completed.
- Contact Finance Department-708/481-8950 ext. 112 to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
- All outstanding water/sewer/liens must be paid prior to inspection.
