Transfer Stamp-Responsibility of Property Purchaser. Buyers Closing Agent to obtain buyers stamp with the following items:
- Pay for and Pick up transfer stamp
- $1.00/$1,000.00 stamp fee
- River Forest Transfer Stamp Form
- Warranty Deed
- P-Tax Form
