- Contact Village Office-708/453-8000 to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
- All outstanding fees are paid prior to closing
- Stamp-Seller-Transfer Stamp= Inspection Stamp issued by the Building Commissioner when the STRUCTURE is in compliance with all the provisions of the Building Regulations of the Village of River Grove.
- BUYERS CLOSING AGENT TO OBTAIN HUD’S INSPECTION STAMP FOR CLOSING.
