Contact Water Billing- to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens/parking tickets/municipal fines on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Transfer Stamp Fee-Seller-$25.00 fee
Buyers Closing Agent to obtain HUD’s stamp for closing the following items needed:
City of Transfer Declaration
Copy of Deed
