Contact Finance Department-847/394-8500 to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens/parking tickets/municipal fines on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Contact Water Billing-Realtor to set-up inside water meter reading with City 5- day prior to closing. All outstanding bills are paid prior to transfer stamp being issued.
Transfer Stamp-Seller-Buyers Closing Agent to obtain HUD’s -50.00 Exempt Stamp for closing. The Buyers Closing Agent will need the following documents:
- City of Rolling Meadow Real Estate Form-completed
- Deed
- P-Tax Form
- Payment
