Contact the Finance Department at 630/980-2000 to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens/parking tickets/municipal fines on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Contact Finance Department for a Final Water Meter.
New Residence are must apply in person at the Village/or fax in the required application to start service.
New Buyer purchasing a Home must pay City a $400.00 non-refundable fee to have water turn-on.
New Buyer purchasing a Town Home must pay City a $250.00 Non-Refundable fee to have water turn-on.
