Sauk Village
- Certificate of Occupancy Required-contact Community Development-708/758-3330.
- If buyer is completing repairs after possession the following is required.
- The buyer must go to Sauk Village
- Buyer must pay $50.00
- Buyer must complete Sauk Village affidavit with buyers signature and notarized by Village. The buyer will complete all items on the “Village Repair List” prior to the re-inspection in order to obtain “Occupancy Certificate”
- Village does not require Escrow fee
- The Village will issue “Certificate to Close”
- Contact Water Billing- to obtain a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/liens/parking tickets/municipal fines on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s closing agent to obtain approval prior to closing.
- The home address may fall into the Lincoln Lansing Drainage District-contact to obtain any outstanding sewer liens on property. E-mail the HUD’s Field Service Manager all supporting documentation.
- With documents in order to obtain approval prior to closing.
- No Transfer Stamp
