Compliance Inspection/Closing Bill Request Required-Contact Public Works Department 630/834-8505-to obtain form, pay $50.00 fee and schedule appointment. The inspection is good for 30-days.
Request from the Public Works Department a history transaction journal for any outstanding water/sewer/liens/parking tickets/municipal fines on property. E-mail all supporting documentation to HUD’s Field Service Manager to obtain approval prior to closing.
Contact Public Works to complete the Final Water reading. The new owner must complete “Application for Water, Sewer & Garbage Removal”.
Transfer Stamp=Compliance Inspection.
