Transfer Stamp-Buyer Expense-Buyers Closing Agent to obtain for Closing.
- The City request the following documents to obtain a City Stamp:
- Wheaton Real Estate Transfer Stamp form
- P-tax form
- All outstanding fees paid
- $2.50/$1,000.00 for stamp fee.
