Chronos gets frequent requests from brokers and lenders to sign miscellaneous forms. There are only 2 of these miscellaneous forms that HUD will allow Chronos to sign. They are listed below, along with the form number to help identify them:
- Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) Single Family Mortgage Purchase Program (For Use With HUD Owned Properties Only) – Form MP-6B-HUD (Revised 5/11)
- FHA/VA Amendatory Clause and Certifications – Form NMFL #3116 10/92
Chronos is not able to sign previous versions of either of these forms. If a selling agent or lender provides an older version of either one of these forms, the current version will be sent back to them for their completion.
