Effective July 2, 2018, NAID certifications and recertifications must be submitted through HUD’s new automated online service (known as “electronic-NAID” or “e-NAID”). HUD will not accept a paper application received by mail and has not been processing applications received as of June 16th. Only applications submitted through the new e-NAID portal will be processed.
